The process.
What does your custom home look like?
It’s already built in your mind. A wide front door to fit two sprinting kids, a kitchen large enough to handle holiday baking, a yard for winning goal celebrations, warm sun from an eastern facing bedroom, a tranquil reading area far away from the beeps and blasts of the game room.
But what does it take to make it real?
We start by listening.
Listening to you.
You’ll begin by telling us what you want from your home: your experience, the big outlook, the small details, what you can’t live without, and what you absolutely don’t want. Sharing this allows us to ask the right questions. We will be upfront, open, and honest about what can be accomplished within your budget. We may even surprise you with ideas you did not think were possible.
Planning with you.
Your new home will be built based on the lifestyle you want. And there are good reasons to reach out to us early in the planning. We’ll help establish the best orientation of your home based on topography, natural features, utilities needed and lifestyle. In partnership with your architect, we will lay out options for rooms, flow, privacy, and entertainment. You’ll have a feel for each room before it’s built.
Building for you.
There will be some hiccups, there always are, but communication with you will be consistent and steady. No surprises. Detailed project timelines, conference reports, and status updates will be provided to you throughout the build, walk-through and final inspection. Your expectations will be met.
