A custom home blended into natural surroundings.

Set on top of a Lake Oswego ridge, only a mile away from the Willamette River, sits our stunning Eastridge build. This feature home is nestled in a wooded setting, designed specifically for the lot shape and slope. A lush conservation zone in the rear yard can be taken in from both the upper and lower level decks year-round.

Although the shape and slope of the property challenged us during the house design phase, we created the perfect custom home with the help of several partnering companies. Patrick Schmitt Designer arranged the home to fit specifically within the best topographical footprint. Envision Interiors worked to design, supply, and install the hard surface coverings. Globe Lighting provided light fixtures, and Milwaukie Lumber Co. supplied building materials.

With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the details stand out in this 4,231 square foot home. The exterior stone veneer is paired with warm wood accents, a two-car garage, and lodge-like entrance. All interior features are custom, setting Eastridge apart from typical production homes. A wide open great room, dining room, and custom kitchen all connect with windows that offer front-row seats to the wildlife outside. The main bathroom features a “wet area” style shower and tub with large glass windows as the backdrop. Head to the lower level to find a game room that opens onto the outdoor deck and a wine room fit for the finest wine enthusiast.

The unparalleled style, the open floor-plan, and the proximity to Lake Oswego, while feeling like you’re in the mountains, made this the perfect home for our buyers; a family of four. We know they will enjoy all that Eastridge has to offer for years to come.
